Where They Spent the Weekend...

As I mentioned in my previous post, it looks like the Beckhams weekend getaway was actually a friend's home in Santa Monica - specifically the one pictured above. The luxurious beach property, worth $5million, features three balconies, white shutters, four floors and a huge sunroof. Not bad for a weekend retreat!

Victoria Tries Cupping

While en route from London to Nice, Victoria Beckham had visible circles on her back - signs that she has undergone cupping treaments.

Now what exactly is cupping you might ask? Well, it is a Chinese detoxifying treatment that is a type of acupuncture. Cupping involves heated glass cups applied to the skin, and it is believed to stimulate the movement of blood and energy.

Superstar Gwyneth Paltrow is a huge fan of the procedure.

Victoria Beckham's Go-To Pose

I saw this one on the DailyMail - very true so I figured I'd share...

"A casual observer might think Victoria Beckham was on the phone, or pushing an errant strand of hair behind her ear. But seasoned Spice watchers know better.

This is the fashion designer's favourite pose, which she pulls whenever she spots a camera pointed in her direction. The unmistakable ear grab always involves her left hand, and an accompanying downward glance to the floor.

Whether the mother-of-three is aware of her ear grab is not known. Perhaps it is a nervous reaction to the spotlight, or maybe she is merely checking her sunglasses are properly in place.

But it is certainly different to the more common hands-on-hips pose struck by most celebrities. That carefully crafted move is designed to slim the body and create the illusion of a smaller waist.

But Posh's look seems angled to shield her face from the camera flashes, without appearing to do so.

Victoria's Painful Looking Bunions

We have all noticed that Victoria Beckham is spending more time than she usually does in flat shoes lately and by the looks of this photo, it's clear to see why the fashion icon seems to have been taking a break from her trademark sky high heels.

This photo shows a rather painful looking bunion on Mrs. B's foot. Bunions can be caused by a variety of things but most suggest that Victoria's are due to her choice of shoe. There have also been tons of rumors swirling about since this summer regarding surgery - although it seems to be pretty obvious that she hasn't gone under the knife.

Did Victoria Just Call JLo Fat?

I'm sure you all have noticed that the internet has been swirling about the now infamous quote Victoria gave in 10 magazine regarding Jennifer Lopez and fitting in the same size as she does:

“My dresses are for women of all different shapes and sizes. Actually, the one I tried on yesterday was the one Jennifer wore. Who’d have thought I’d be the same size as Jennifer Lopez!”

Now, a few sites I've looked at are reading between the lines so to speak and are nonchalantly insinuating that Victoria called Jennifer Lopez fat.

I wanted to know what you guys thought of that statement. Me, I understand what she was trying to say - that since everyone insinuates that she doesn't eat, and JLo is well known for her curvaceous body, she was making a point that her dresses are meant for all body types. That's what I got from the quote... what did you guys think about it all?

Victoria Steps Out in SWEATS & SNEAKERS!

Now this is something we don't see... EVER! Yes she occasionally has her dress down days where she sports boyfriend jeans and her favorite Abercrombie & Fitch flip flops, but this is completely out of the ordinary for the usually 100% polished Victoria.

The fashion designer was photographed exiting a building in Beverly Hills wearing a pair of Victoria's Secret Pink sweatpants, a loose top, and a pair of white sneakers. No word yet as to what kind of building this was but Victoria surely didn't want to be seen at all - she covered her face with her jacket and her security guards attempted to shield her with a giant umbrella. Her neck tattoo is what basically sealed the deal.

Umm.. What the Hell is That?

Waxworks of David and Victoria Beckham went on display at Louis Tussaud's Waxworks in Thailand recently and they are simply AWFUL! They look nothing like the gorgeous duo.. not even close! The only similarities are their outfits which were inspired by the ones they wore to their Signature launch at Macy's Herald Square in NYC. They did a nice job with Victoria's Antonio Berardi dress and David's dapper suit. I wonder if they put the "Victoria" statue in the heelless PVC boots?

Dressed in dark gray/black skinny jeans, a gray tank, her YSL pumps, sunglasses and a headband, Victoria Beckham visited the doctors office in LA on Friday. The exposed bra is a bit vampy for the doctors... no?

Victoria Beckham's Personal Spray Tan Man

According to the DailyMail, Victoria Beckham has hired herself a personal spray tan artist to help prevent her from looking organge. Jimmy Coco visits her twice a month at her Beverly Hills mansion, where she slips into a white paper thong as he tans her with a high-pressure gun.

"Victoria understands the danger of sunlight, yet wants a natural, healthy glow. When we met, she had the worst fake tan ever, she was orange! I can make you look 10lb lighter. But in her case, that is not necessary," says Jimmy.

He also said he has never tanned Victoria's hubby David because he has mainly been abroad.

Roberto Cavalli Doesn't Mind that Victoria Poses for Armani

In a recent interview with Britain's Stlye magazine, Italian designer, Roberto Cavalli mentioned that he does not mind that his friend Victoria Beckham is modelling for rival fashion house, Armani.

He told the magazine: “Victoria Beckham is lovely. I’m not bothered that she works with Giorgio Armani - the difference is that she’s a friend to me, not a model. But I don’t blame her - Armani pays a lot of money.”

I'm sure all of you know that he and Victoria have been friends for many years and that Cavalli was the man behind the fabulous Return of the Spice Girls tour costumes.

In Memoriam

I know that this is a blog dedicated to the Beckhams but I had to take a moment to pay tribute to two of the world's legendary icons who lost their lives yesterday. Farrah Fawcett was the blonde bombshell girl next door who set every young boys heart aflutter as she spoke the worlds "Good moring Charlie" as one of the famous angels. In life, Farrah was celebrated for her extraordinary beauty and talent. Farrah lost her battle with anal cancer yesterday and even in moments of true sickness, she never gave up fighting. Michael Jackson, who's death stunned the world as a complete shock yesterday, also lost his life due to a reported cardiac arrest. Jackson changed the music industry forever and was famously known as the King of Pop. His untimely death was a complete surprise to me and I still am having trouble believing he is gone. I grew up listening to his music and dancing to it during my recitals. I was lucky enough to see him in Florida when I was very young, he was actually at the Magic Kingdom theme park when my family was there. He will surely be missed. The entertainment industry will never be the same... may they both rest in peace.

Victoria Beckham is Shaken by LA's Quakes

Many of you may recall that before David and the boys arrived in Los Angeles, while Victoria was house hunting, her assistant made her take a class regarding earthquake prepardness. This was even taped for her reality show, Coming to America.

Well it turns out Mrs. B is looking into having her entire family go through classes together after the earthquake last month that measured a 4.7 on the Richter scale. "Victoria and the boys had a lesson in a simulator when they first moved to Los Angeles, but she didn’t realise the tremors would be so regular. She’s now asked David to come back from Italy and take another class with her." The Beckham family lives on top of the very active 47-mile long Newport-Inglewood Fault and Victoria wants to protect her family from Cali's notorious quakes.

I nearly fell over when I came across this! The usually perfectly pristine Posh is sweaty, in gym gear, and wearing sneakers!! Still managing to look fab tho!

Rebecca Loos Likes Victoria's Poxie Haircut

According to Now Magazine, pregnant Rebecca Loos, former PA to David Beckham, thinks that Victoria's latest haircut is the greatest thing she has ever done.

"I think Victoria’s new haircut is the best thing she’s ever done," says Rebecca. "She’s so petite – all those extensions she had before just drowned her. Chopping it all off has done her a million favours."

She also admits that she enjoys reading about the Beckhams and seeing Victoria's outfits: "I like reading what they’ve been saying and to look at Victoria’s outfits. I think to myself, “Would I wear her dresses?” But I think women look sexiest in jeans, heels and a T-shirt."

It's been years and it seems this woman is still hung up on the Beckhams!

Model Competition Winners and VB Fans Meet Victoria!

Last year, two lucky Victoria fans and winners of a modeling competition got to meet Victoria! I love how they call her "Fashion Designer of the Century"..

Um.. Ew!

I know this has no relevance to the Beckhams today but I was just browsing the UK's DailyMail site and the top story is that Rebecca Loos, former PA to David - who insisted she had an affair with, is pregnant by an unknown doctor. Even though the baby should be the first thing on her mind, she still made remarks about David!

The woman who rose to notoriety after claiming she had an affair with superstar footballer said: "I doubt David knows anything about it." And when asked how different life would have been if the child were Beckham's, she said: "Money is wonderful but it's not everything in life. I'm very lucky to be having a child with someone I want to spend the rest of my life with. I prefer the idea of having a child without money but in a loving relationship and not after an affair with a lot of money but a broken family."

This woman absolutely disgusts me! And these remarks are ridiculous! She's a total media/fame whore who, I believe, completely fabricated the scandal story to gain her own recognition... she's a sad human being and I feel sorry for her child! (sorry just venting lol)
