We have all noticed that Victoria Beckham is spending more time than she usually does in flat shoes lately and by the looks of this photo, it's clear to see why the fashion icon seems to have been taking a break from her trademark sky high heels.This photo shows a rather painful looking bunion on Mrs. B's foot. Bunions can be caused by a variety of things but most suggest that Victoria's are due to her choice of shoe. There have also been tons of rumors swirling about since this summer regarding surgery - although it seems to be pretty obvious that she hasn't gone under the knife.
