Since the launch/presentation of her handbag line, Victoria Beckham has been leaving her Birkins at home and toting her own pieces. This flap bag from the spring 2011 collection is a mixture of black creamy leather and tan suede. It features a buckle closure and is an extremely elegant piece.

In VB's Closet: Vintage Goyard Overnight Bag

I immediately recognised the print of Victoria's vintage Goyard Overnight bag because I remember falling in love with Lauren Conrad's Goyard luggage not too long ago and almost falling over because of the hefty price tag!

This piece is rather rare and very expensive which can explain why we see Victoria carrying it... she is notorious for her expensive taste in handbags - a Birkin anyone? But it looks wonderful on her arm and with her outfit - you could probably fit her in there!

In VB's Closet: Lanvin Oulala Satin Clutch

While at the DVF party, Victoria carried this Lanvin Oulala satin clutch bag. This cute piece has a frayed navy pompom and crystal embellishments. The pompom seems to be very big with Lanvin lately - they have them on their flats, flip flops, and now their bags.

In VB's Closet: Jil Sander Madame Frame & Shoulder Bags

I've had a lot of helpful emails coming in regarding IDs to some of VB's most recent pieces and I thank all of you for them. Typically I search myself, but while I was away, a lot of you were doing that job for me!

Thanks to Jezi for the most recent purse ID and that is Victoria's lovely Jil Sander Madame Frame bag. This bag is from the spring 2010 line and is a chic navy color. It is lizard skin and has gold hardware.

While browsing the Jil Sander online shop myself, I couldn't find the exact bag (although I did see it in different combinations and materials) Victoria had at LAX and Heathrow, but much to my surprise, I came across yet another purse she has in her enviable and never ending closet. This navy calf leather shoulder bag is the one she was toting back in July when she and David picked up the boys in London after their anniversary vacation in the Seychelles. This bag is available to purchase online here for $1,895.

Victoria Beckham was photographed toting a brand new Hermes Birkin in bordeaux porosus crocodile leather through LAX and Heathrow yesterday. The bag is stunning and my guess is that it was a Christmas gift from that oh so generous hubby of hers! Lucky girl!

The Himalayan Birkin is Out in Full Force!

Before December, we hadn't seen Victoria's lust worthy Hermes Himalayan Birkin since January when it made it's debut at the AC Milan home game. Lately, the bag is out in full force with Victoria spotted carrying it three times in the past month.

*FYI: The Himalayan Birkin bag is worth $122,000 and is made from crocodile skin and includes a 3 karats worth of diamonds (on the lock and snaps). Victoria's bag is one of only three in the world and the waiting list for the Himalayan is closed with those already on it having to wait four years... talk about posh!

While at the Pirate Adventures show with her sons, Victoria Beckham toted the San Marco Karung leather bag from Bottega Veneta's fall 2009 collection.

In VB's Closet: Louis Vuitton Spring 2010 Shoulder Bag

It's not even close to spring time yet but that doesn't effect fashionista Victoria Beckham. The Posh designer was spotted toting a Louis Vuitton spring 2010 shoulder bag through Heathrow airport this afternoon. The bag appears to be made from a dyed canvas material and it features an over sized fluffy detail. I don't think I personally care for the bag very much. But it is nice to see her carrying something colorful and not made by Hermes (although I do love the various Birkins!)

In VB's Closet: Quentin Mackay 'Persia' Bag

This bag took me forever to look for and it's probably because I've never heard of the designer. But thanks to readers Sara and Amanda, we finally have an ID.

The lovely bag is by Quentin Makay and it is called the Persia bag. It is made of leather and is adorned with their signature ball and claw hardware. It is an exquisite bag - very elegant and completely timeless.

Rumor of the Day: Victoria to Launch a Handbag & Shoe Line

She started out with sunglasses and denim, branched into a fully-fledged ready-to-wear collection, and now Victoria Beckham is set to conquer the world of accessories.

The popstar-turned-designer has announced that her next creative project is going to be a collection of Victoria Beckham bags and shoes.

Posh is though to be fed up of being a ‘walking advert' for other designers, who benefit from increased sales whenever she is pictured with one of their pieces. A close friend of the stylista told the sun: ‘Victoria is fed up of promoting other brands. If she wears Hermes or Christian Louboutin, people go and buy it.

‘She thought, ‘why can't I do this with my own line?'' the insider continued. ‘Her current collection has gone down a storm across the celebrity world. If this is repeated with her line of shoes, the range would be worth an absolute fortune."

But with the announcement of this latest project, comes the news that proud hubbie David Beckham has offered to build her a huge design workshop in their Hertfordishire ‘Beckingham Palace' mansion.

I definitely think she should do and shoe and bag line since she is such a shoe and bag person. They would probably be fabulous! What do you all think of this new rumour? True or not, good idea/bad??

In VB's Closet: Loewe 'Paloma' Bag

Victoria carried the Loewe Paloma 29 bag from the pre-spring 2009 collection. This is a timeless bag and it's a nice change from the countless Birkins (even though I do love them all!). Victoria has seem to have grown fond of Loewe since wearing their hat on her Russian Vogue cover.. she has several bags and RTW pieces and her collection seems to be always growing.

In her travels from LA to NY and then back to LA, Victoria Beckham seems to have added to her enviable Hermes collection. She was photographed carrying an amazing black lizard 25cm Birkin bag with shiny Palladium hardware. The bag is sooo lovely - which makes me sooo jealous ;)

David Beckham's Valextra Travel Bag

Vintage Victoria: Oscar De La Renta, Hermes, & Givenchy

This has to be one of my absolute favorite Victoria Beckham looks ever! She looked simply stunning in a fall 2007 emerald green Oscar De La Renta dress to the designer's spring 2008 fashion show on September 10, 2007 in New York. Her dress was a modified version from the runway and I'm so glad she wore it that way! The length was shortened to show off her fabulous legs and the vibrant green color really showcases her tan and blonde hair. And I love her added belt which accentuates her small waist line. Lovely!

And of course we all know that Mrs. Beckham is the best when it comes to accessorizing. She paired her dress with emerald dVb sunglasses, a pair of patent Givenchy D'orsay peep toe pumps, and carried a gorgeous Hermes Baccara crocodile clutch. The look is pure perfection from head to toe!

Victoria Beckham Targeted by PETA Over Hermes

We all know that the PETA animal rights activist group is extremely concerned with animal cruelty and the mistreatement of animals - specifically for their fur and or skins. They are very influential and have targeted numerous celebrities for wearing clothing items and or carrying accessories made from animal products and the group's latest target is none other than Victoria Beckham for being a proud supporter of the exclusive Hermes design house.

Last week it emerged that Hermes farms crocodiles in Australia to meet the demand for the 3,000 exotic bags it makes from their skin each year and they are asking Victoria to publicly drop her support for the designer.

A PETA spokeswoman told the UK's DailyMail: "The mere thought of purposely breeding and killing crocodiles for an outdated, overpriced handbag should make any fashionista's skin crawl. We will send Victoria Beckham, a compassionate person who won't wear fur, our undercover footage that shows how alligators and crocodiles are beaten to death and how snakes are nailed to trees and skinned alive for these products. If Hermes really wants to be a leader in the fashion industry, it should stop killing animals for cold-blooded vanity and use cruelty-free mock croc and fake snake instead."

Animal Aid director Andrew Tyler branded Victoria and other celebrities 'pathetic' for owning the bags. "I am sickened by this degenerate display of self indulgence. Is there no depth to which Victoria Beckham and other stars will sink to in the name of fashion. The crocodiles will be intensively farmed. They will live and be killed in terrible conditions all so that some spoilt celebrities can flaunt their skins on their arms. I am genuinely puzzled why her lifestyle is celebrated by some."

Hermes CEO Patrick Thomas admitted last week that his French fashion house has resorted to farming crocodiles in Australia to keep up with the increasing international demand for their world famous crocodile skin handbags. "It can take three to four crocodiles to make one of our bags so we are now breeding our own crocodiles on our own farms, mainly in Australia." He added that Hermes produces 3,000 crocodile skin bags a year which are mainly crafted of skin from the animal's stomach region.

Victoria's spokesman refused to comment last night.

Pictured above is Victoria's exquisite Hermes Himalayan Birkin which is made of crocodile skin and encrusted with diamond hardware. This bag was a gift from David for Christmas and is only one of three in the world. The Himalayan Birkin is said to cost nearly $125,000!
