Who Wore Louboutin Better: Victoria or Cheryl Cole?

Once upon a time, before YSL and Brian Atwood, a lovely lady named Victoria Beckham adored Christian Louboutin shoes. She had them in all styles and colors! :) That was then, but even though she's developed a strong love for other designers, Victoria still holds true to Louboutin from time to time.

One of the spiciest Louboutin pairs she has are her red croc Rolandos. This style is still very much a Louboutin staple and many starlets are still spotted in different color and material variations ala Cheryl Cole. The former Mrs. Ashley Cole stepped out recently in the UK wearing the same pair as VB.

So who wore them better.. Victoria or Cheryl? Well I must say that I applaud Cheryl for attempting to add a pop of color to her outfit but this just wasn't the right way to go. The way Victoria wore them in Milan a few years ago is much more elegant in my opinion. They looked wonderful paired with her red VB spring 2008 dress!

How Very Victoria of You Cheryl

The soon to be ex-Mrs. Ashley Cole was spotted arriving back home in London at Heathrow Airport a few days ago, after visiting LA, wearing an outfit that screamed Victoria to me. This ensemble immediately reminded me of the time Victoria, who arrived at Heathrow after departing LAX also, wore her Belstaff leather jacket paired with tights, a hat, sunglasses, heels, and a chic bag. Cheryl's jacket was Burberry, not Belstaff, but I can't help but feel a sense of deja vu when looking at the photos of her.

I must admit, I prefer Cherly's fabulous Louboutin studded bag to VB's Donna Karan. Love it!

Cheryl Cole Regrets Victoria Remark

Last year, during and interview with Vogue magazine WAG Cheryl Cole, wife of Ashley Cole, said she was “shocked” that Victoria Beckham hadn’t tried to support her through her marriage crisis, but it turns out that’s not what really happened.

In the new issue of Glamour the X Factor judge admitted:

“I have a lot of respect for Victoria but I said something I shouldn’t have done once. When I was asked whether it was true Victoria had been telling me how to wear my hair after everything had happened with Ashley. Like I’d give a sh*t what my hair looked like during that time. So I retaliated by saying I hadn’t heard from her.”

Who Wore Alaia Better: Victoria or Cheryl Cole?

Victoria Beckham and Cheryl Cole were once friends but have not been lately. However, it seems that they have a mutual bond over Azzedine Alaia's black dress with a front zip closure. Victoria first wore her's back in April. The fashion designer paired it with an Alaia cropped cardigan (not in the picture), Louboutin boots, and a new Hermes bag. Cheryl wore her's on Monday when she dined at the Ivy in London. The songstress wore her's with Louis Vuitton heels.

So who wore it better? Even though I hate to go against Victoria, I have to admit I really like how Cheryl wore it. I prefer her shoes over the boots and I love her cascading wavy hair. And I also like how she unzipped a bit of the dress.

OK! Magazine Admits they do Horrific Photoshopping!

I'm sure you all remember this ghastly cover photo of a horrendously photoshopped Victoria Beckham and Cheryl Cole (who could forget it?). Well, Ok! Magazine has printed a retraction correcting this mess:

"We have been asked to clarify that the photograph used on the front page of the 10 February 2009 issue of Victoria Beckham standing next to Cheryl Cole was a montage of separate photographs of the two women. We would also like to record that in the original photograph of Ms Beckham she had been wearing a red rather than a black dress."

Victoria to Replace Danii Minogue on the X Factor

Victoria Beckham is reportedly in talks to become a judge on Simon Cowell's U.K. version of American Idol, talent show THE X FACTOR. The reality TV mogul allegedly made the her an offer of more than $1.4 million per season to replace current panelist Dannii Minogue in the judging seat. And it is being reported that Victoria is considering the contract now that David may transfer full-time to the AC Milan team where he is currently on loan from Los Angeles Galaxy. A source tells Britain's Daily Mail, "She doesn't want to come back to Europe with her tail between her legs. But if she can return here to be on the X Factor, then that is different." Simon Cowell's spokesman, Max Clifford, said of the possible X Factor move, "Simon speaks very highly of Victoria. I know he likes her a lot. This deal has not been mentioned to me."

If this holds true, this means that Victoria will be on the same panel as former friend Cheryl Cole. Speaking of which, the new issue of Ok! Magazine UK cover story is about the "reconciliation" of the two stars. How ridiculous is that cover photo!?! They need some serious assistance in the photo shop department! The Victoria photo is from the Fendi party- it's clear from the dress and hairstyle. The geniuses only changed the color. And if you look closely, it's Victoria's own hand around her waist- you could tell by her ring. How awful!

The Victoria/Cheryl Battle Makes Tabloid Headlines

The ridiculous "battle", if you would even consider calling it that, between fashion icon and Emporio Armani model Victoria Beckham and former friend and fellow WAG Cheryl Cole is now making tabloid headlines. Cole started this all with comments made in her recent interview with UK's Vogue, which she is the cover girl, saying that Victoria was not supportive when she needed her most. Cheryl's husband Ashley was the subject of cheating allegations in the past. The most recent stab, also made by Cole, is on Victoria's very successful dress, line dVb by Victoria Beckham. Cheryl says the line is for "older women" and isn't something she "would wear."

Cheryl Cole Take's an Unnecessary Jab at Victoria

Looks like this little cat fight won't be over any time soon. Cheryl Cole continues to make public comments about former friend and fellow WAG, Victoria Beckham. Cheryl recently criticized Victoria for not being their when she needed her friendly support when allegations flew that her husband Ashley was cheating. I understand why she would be mad. Friends are supposed to be their in times of great distress but the most recent comment she made was completely unnecessary if you ask me.

Cheryl Cole has dealt a fresh blow to Victoria by criticising her very successful fashion range by saying that her line of 10 dresses is for 'older women' and 'not something (Girls Aloud) would wear'. In an interview with The Guardian, her band mate Kimberley Walsh hurriedly interjected, saying: 'She means older than us!', but Cole still made the point that none of the dresses would be in her wardrobe.

So are we still in High School Cheryl? I think that she definitely had the right to be angry with Victoria over the cheating issue but this is down right cruel and steps a bit out of the boundaries. Victoria, a lady as always, still has not commented on either issue. Mrs. Beckham has a bit more class than Cole anyway.. in my opinion. These photos are of Cheryl and Victoria in happier times. And when Cheryl was a bit puffier!

Cheryl & Victoria - No Longer Friends

Cheryl Cole, wife of soccer player Ashley Cole, is the UK's newest Vogue covergirl and in her interview, she criticises old friend Victoria Beckham for her lack of support when the allegations of husband Ashley Cole's infidelity first became public and she also lashes out at Peaches Geldof, Alexa Chung and all her fellow WAGs.

Cheryl revealed in her interview that she was disappointed not to hear from Victoria after a hairdresser claimed she had slept with her husband Ashley. Cole said, "She [Victoria] was in my hotel room during the World Cup - we've had barbecues together - so I was quite shocked by that. I mean, David's mum is friends with Ashley's mum."

Cheryl and Victoria became friends during the World Cup in 2006, and distanced themselves from the WAGs of other England players because they had their own careers. The Girls Aloud singer famously hailed Beckham as 'witty and ambitious' whilst dismissing the rest of the WAGs as 'bad as benefit scroungers, just a higher class of sponger'.

I am not very familiar with Cheryl Cole and all I do Know of her are pretty much the basics. She's not very known over here. However, the news that Victoria and her have lost a friendship is definitely not something I thought I would be hearing today. Hopefully they will be able to work out their differences.
