Hermes du Jour: 35cm Red Clemence Birkin

Since it's been so slow in Beckhamland lately and a while since I've done an Hermes du Jour post, I figured that I'd bring it back while we are waiting for Victoria and David to emerge.

This 35cm red clemence leather Birkin with palladium hardware is such a stunning shade of red. It reminds me of the reddest of red lipstick colors! Victoria toted this bag around a lot in 2008 but it hasn't really had much airtime since then. Below are three of my favorite ensembles that were finished off with this red Birkin. My absolute favorite is the all white Marc Jacobs look in the middle! I love the pop of red that came from both her bag and sunglasses! Stunning!

Hermes du Jour: 22cm Black Kelly Pochette

It is a no-brainer that Victoria Beckham has one of the most coveted Hermes collections in Tinseltown. There are some pieces, like her black Birkin that she uses quite often and then their are others like this 22cm black Kelly pochette that hardly ever gets used.

This little mini bag has been in Victoria's closet for quite some time now and I only remember her spotted carrying it three times. At The Daily Mirror's Pride of Britain Awards in December 2005 (above)...

Hermes du Jour: 30cm Fuschia Birkin in Ostrich

Since my last Hermes du Jour post involved a Kelly bag, I decided that I would post about one of my favorite Birkins of Victoria's collection. This 30cm fuschia Birkin in Ostrich skin is one stunningly beautiful! The Beckhams actually bought this bag at an auction! Victoria first debuted it back in July 2007 when David was first introduced to the Galaxy. This was one of my most treasured VB ensembles! Her pink Roland Mouret Moon dress had not even been available to the public yet and her she came in one with her brand new Birkin on her arm and her fabulous black pumps. To die!

Since then, she's only been photographed carrying to two other times. Once at the airport with Mel B while wearing a Pucci dress and then again a few years ago with Cruz while out to lunch. She paired the Birkin with bubblegum pink Versace heels.

Two other stars are also proud owners of this exact same bag - Victoria's BFF Heidi Klum and Kimora Lee Simmons. Lucky girls!

Hermes du Jour: 35cm Kelly in Epsom Raisin with Cyclamen trim

Since my last Hermes du Jour post featured one of Victoria's many Birkin bags, I decided to bring out a Kelly this time around.

This 35cm Kelly in Epsom Raisin with Cyclamen trim is one of the vintage pieces in Victoria's collection. She first brought out the bag back in March 2009 at the airport where she paired it with a Balenciaga coat and her plum Louboutin Alti pumps. After that, she wore it two more times in London (and on her way home) just a few days later. Since then, it hasn't been seen very often.

Whats so different about this particular bag is that it features two different purple colors. The Kelly itself is a fabulous deep raisin color and if you look closely at the trim, it is done in Cyclamen, which has more of a pink hue.

Hermes du Jour: 35cm Gold Togo Birkin with Gold Hardware

It seems like eons have passed since I did my last Hermes du Jour post which is crazy because it is one of my favorite features! What better way to get started than with this classic 35cm gold Birkin in Togo leather with gold hardware!

This bag is devine! Victoria has owned it for several years now (think early 2000s) and it has made the move from Spain, London, LA... you name it! It is definitely a classic handbag and a quintessential Hermes staple. The golden color with matching gold hardware is undoubtedly a celebrity favorite (I know just from watching Bravo TV's newest Housewives series... Beverly Hills... three of the ladies carried it on the same episode!).

One of my favorite times Victoria carried this bag was when she acted a bit nonchalantly at the Farmer's Market and used it as her grocery bag... such a chic alternative to plastic don't you think!

Hermes du Jour: Black 32cm Kelly Sellier

Speaking of Hermes, I've just noticed that it's been quite a while since I've done an Hermes du Jour post and what better way to bring it back than with another classic from Victoria's collection... her black 32cm Kelly Sellier with padullium hardware.

Like her black and white Birkins, this Kelly is certainly a favorite of Victoria's. She received it several years ago, before her move to the US, and carries it often. Below are some photos of Victoria and her black Kelly through the years...

Hermes du Jour: Lizard Kelly Pochette in Vert Amande

In keeping with the green color of my last Hermes du Jour post, I decided to bring you all another one of Victoria's fabulous Kelly Pochettes. This particular bag measures 22cm and is made of lizard skin leather. The color of the bag is called Vert Amande - which has an olive green hue (FYI: the colors in the lizard family do not have the same names as those in the ostrich or crocodile).

Victoria's first and only time photographed carrying this bag (that I can remember anyway) was back in 2007 when she went to dinner with her hubby. She wore a Marc Jacobs green dress that matched her Pochette.

Hermes du Jour: 35 cm Vert Anis Birkin

Now, since my last few Hermes du Jour posts were a bit drab in color, I've decided to post a piece from Victoria's extensive collection that was a bit more fun.

This 35cm Vert Anis Birkin in swift leather is one of the more colorful pieces that Mrs. B owns. This bag was also a gift from David like many others. He purchased it for her in 2003 and it seemed to get most of it's use in 2003 and 2004 - we haven't seen it much since.

The color, Vert Anis, is a cross between and lime green and a classic green. Heidi Montag and Brooke Shields also own this bag.

Hermes du Jour: Black and Gold Bracelets

Victoria Beckham's expansive Hermes collection does not only include handbags and clutches, but a variety of other treasured items... like these three bracelets.

Hermes bracelets are extremely coveted, just like their purses, so it comes as no surprise that the Queen of the brand owns several styles. When she was at Harrods back in 2008 for a dVb launch, she wore three at once...

- Victoria's Kelly Double Tour leather bracelet is made of black chamonix leather with gold hardware. The retail value on this piece is approximately $420.
- The Collier de Chien bracelet is a celebrity favorite. Hers is made of black chamonix calfskin leather and it features gold plated hardware. This bracelet is currently available on the Hermes website for $1,025.
- Her Clic H bracelet is the narrow style and is made of black enamel and gold plated hardware. This is also available on the official website for $530 and in a variety of colors.

Hermes du Jour: Kelly Longue in Gold Swift Leather

You know she has an expansive Hermes collection when you see her out and about in different styles all the time - but only certain pieces are carried once in a while.

For example, this Hermes Kelly Longue in Gold Swift leather is another rarity in Victoria's collection. It was derived from the Hermes Kelly, is longer and thinner than the Kelly Pochette, and more rare. The price for one starts at around $4,000.

Victoria carried it way back in 2008 when shopping on Rodeo Drive with Eva Longoria and Romeo - I haven't seen her carry it since.

Hermes Du Jour: Shoulder Birkin in Etoupe

Victoria Beckham has an extensive Hermes collection but their are certain pieces that she seems to favor such as her black Birkin and this 42cm JPG shoulder Birkin in Clemence leather. The color, Etoupe, is a cross between a tan and a gray.

Mrs. B has been carrying this bag for several years now. She really started to bring it out back in 2007 which is when I believe she first got it (don't quote me cause I could be wrong).

Since then, we have seen her carry it through airports, on lunch dates, shopping, with her children on playdates, and the list goes on.

Honestly, this is not one of my favorite Hermes styles, there's something about it I just don't like very much but Victoria definitely loves it!

Hermes du Jour: Medor Clutch

Now here we have one of Victoria's treasured Hermes pieces that we hardly ever see her carry. Her Medor Clutch is made of black box leather with the signature gold Collier De Chien hardware on the front (you remember this from her bracelet I'm sure). This clutch bag comes in two sizes: there is a small, 23 cm, and large 29 cm, size - Victoria's is the larger size (11.4" x 5.5" x 2").

If you really love this clutch as much as I do (but unfortunately I won't be getting one anytime soon), you can purchase it on the Hermes official site here for $4,200 (and that is the large size).

Hermes du Jour: 30 cm Ostrich Birkin in Violine

Victoria's 30 cm Hermes Ostrich Birkin in violine was a gift from her hubby back in 2008. She first debuted the bag when she and David celebrated his 100th soccer match for England at the Baccarat restaurant in Paris. Since then, she has taken it out three other times - once in London, at a Roland Mouret fashion show, and at LAX with her family. Notice she wears the same plum colored Louboutins each time?

This happens to be one of my favorites of Victoria's collection. I adore the deep purple color and the ostrich skin texture is divine. If I was to ever own a Birkin, the 30cm would be the size I'd love to have.

Hermes du Jour: 35cm White Kelly with Orange Piping

Like the infamous Birkin bag, Victoria also owns many different colors and styles of its sister, the Kelly bag. This white Kelly is a classic 35cm size and it is a neutral white color. However, unlike most of Mrs. Beckham's Hermes bags, this particular one is not all the same color. The piping around this Kelly is the signature Hermes orange.

I searched high and low for this bag, but unfortunately was unable to come up with the exact one as Victoria's is a custom order. But, I was able to find a Birkin in the same color scheme and another white Kelly but with blue jean piping.

As of right now, the last time I remember Victoria photographed carrying this bag was actually the first day I remember her with it and that was way back in 2006 when she and David were shopping. Hopefully she'll pull it out again soon.

Hermes du Jour: 35cm Togo Birkin in Ciel

Victoria Beckham's 35cm togo Birkin in Ciel is one of my favorites. I absolutely adore the color. It's similar to the blue jean but it is slightly lighter. This color was one of the brand new Hermes additions for 2009 and it was only fitting that Victoria was one of the first celebrities photographed carrying one after David bought it for her for her birthday.

Hey David, can I have one too? My birthday is August 22nd! Thanks ;)

Hermes Du Jour: Porosus Crocodile Birkin in Miel

This Porosus Crocodile Birkin bag in Miel is a buttery brown color and it shines when the light touches it. The hardware is gold which compliments the color lovely.

For a bag this beautiful, Victoria Beckham is rarely spotted carrying it but when she does, it's always with a stunning ensemble. I particularly loved when she wore it in NYC with her white blouse and blue skirt which had a crocodile belt around it. Her dVb tortoise sunglasses were a perfect compliment. I also loved how she matched the brown of her bag to her Louboutin Maggie pumps at the Lakers game and how she accessorized with a scarf in London.

Hermes Du Jour: Suede Kelly Pochette

It's been an extremely long time since I've done a Hermes Du Jour post and I think it's time to start them back up again!

For this installment, I wanted to bring your attention to Victoria's fabulous Kelly Pochette that the designer owns in a great purple color. It is a suede bag and Victoria carried it while wearing her notorious purple Herve Leger dress way back in 2007 to the Marc Jacobs show at the Armoury in New York City during Fashion Week.

Hermes Du Jour: Shearling Kelly

Victoria's Hermes collection comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, styles, and materials. Case in point, she owns a shearling Kelly bag. No, she doesn't use it often (last time was in 2007ish), but she is one of the few people who own this bag.

Don't kill me but.... it's not my favorite of her collection - it really reminds me of an Ugg boot.

Hermes Du Jour: Baccara Crocodile Clutch

Yes, Mrs. Beckham does have an enormous Hermes handbag collection, but she does have her fair share of clutches as well.

For example, back in September 2007, she was in NYC for fashion week and when she arrived at the Oscar De La Renta show, she was carrying this special order Baccara crocodile clutch. This bag is very rare, hence the special order, and not many people have them... yet another reason why her collection is enviable!

Hermes Du Jour: Vintage Lydie Bag

For being an avid collector of all things Hermes and having a collection that some people would chop off limbs for, it should come as no surprise that Victoria Beckham is the proud owner of a vintage Hermes Lydie bag.

The Lydie bags were crafted in the 1970's and will never be put into production again. So in other words, Victoria is not only proud to own this bag but extremely lucky.

Mrs. B's black box calf leather bag was first debuted at the Lakers game back in April 2008. Since then, she has been spotted carrying it three other times and I'm sure we'll see much more it.
