I realized it's been quite a while since I've done a Vintage Victoria post and since things have been a tad slow, it seems as if it's time to do one.Many of you probably remember this Chloe Tulip Hem dress because Victoria wore it to celebrate her 33rd birthday with her husband in Paris. David surprised Victoria and took her on a private jet to Paris for a day of shopping and dinner at Guy Savoy and a night at the Ritz Carlton. She wore this cute LBD for her birthday dinner with a pair of black tights and red YSL Tribute pumps.
