This Sunday's game was extremely exciting for the Los Angeles Galaxy as they securred their spot in the Western Conference Semifinal Series with a win over rivals Chivas 1-0. David played well but was subbed out due to an injury. Captian Landon Donovan socred the single goal in the game after Yamith Cuesta collided with Mike Magee deep in the penalty area in the 70th minute - ref Ricardo Salazar called the penalty and Donovan sent the ball down the center of the goal past Chivas USA's goalkeeper Zach Thornton.Their next match is against Houston Dynamo on Friday at The Home Depot Center. The winner advances to the MLS Cup Final on Nov. 22 in Seattle.
