Victoria Beckham's unexpected ensemble comes courtesy of two different designers, Gucci and Giles. Her dress was a modified version of Giles's fall 2009 collection and her boots were by Gucci (also from their fall 2009 collection) and they are called the Division over-the-knee boots. these boots were available on Saks.com for a staggering $2,950 but are unfortuantely unavailable online at this time. I'm sure if you really wanted a pair, you could visit the store itself or a Gucci boutique.
