Even though she is busy these days selling her own line of fabulous dresses, Victoria Beckham can still sell designer duds like noone else! The pale pink, crystal-embellished dress she wore to the opening of Giorgio Armani's Fifth Avenue store, which is now dubbed the "Beckham dress", was set to be an instant sell out when it hit UK stores last week."We've been inundated with requests about this dress since Victoria Beckham first wore it in New York," an Emporio Armani spokesperson told VOGUE.COM. "We anticipate the limited number available will sell out very quickly, it is the perfect summer's evening dress."
A limited number of these dresses, which retail at £949, arrived in Emporio Armani stores in London, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh last week. For those in NY or CA, the dress is avaialbe at at Armani/5th Avenue in New York (212-339-5950) and at Emporio Armani in Beverly Hills (310-271-7790) for $1,695 .
