The Beckham's and other celebrities flew to New York to attend the 2008 MET Costume Gala. The event featured many celebrities in many designer styles. Victoria opted for this crème vintage Armani evening dressing coat from the autumn 1989 collection while David stuck to tradition and looked very elegant in a classic black tux. Victoria is getting a bit of bad press in regards to this ensemble but I honestly think she looks unbelievable as always. This may not have been my choice for her but she totally rocked her outfit. It is a costume gala of course so her make up is a little heavier than usual but I still think she looked great. However, my fashion best dressed of the night had to go to Victoria's new bff, Eva Longoria. I loved everything about this look from the color on her skin to the fantastic ruffled fabric. I didn't like Katie Holmes' dress although I did think the color complimented her skin tone and hair. I just really don't understand the blue shoes?
