While out to dinner with Tana Ramsay nearly two weeks ago, Victoria wore a black and white Celine pre-fall 2010 sleeveless colorblock dress. She paired the dress with her black satin Brian Atwood pumps, a Victoria Beckham spring 2011 clutch bag, and a sleek ponytail hairdo. I really think this is very sophisticated but I really would've loved to see what this would've looked like with the belt.
