A few months back, Portia de Rossi attended a charity event wearing the lovely cobalt blue drape back dress, #62, from Victoria's fall 2010 collection. She paired it with simple black pumps and black accessories. If it were me, I would've left the heavy bracelet at home and wore something a bit more delicate but I really love the color on her!
