Wearing the glittery black and gold Alavoine dress from her fall 2009 collection, Victoria arrived back at Simon Fuller's 19 Management office for day 3 of meetings and oversight for her upcoming fall 2010 collection.I am so excited to see what she has prepared for the fall!
