Victoria wore her dress over the summer when coming from Heathrow to LA. She paired it with her trusty YSL pumps, Culter & Gross sunglasses, and one of her many Hermes Birkin bags.
TV personality Regis Philbin's wife Joy wore the same dress two weeks ago to a signing event in NYC. She paired it with tights and knee high boots.
So who wore it better? For me, it's a tie - I adore it on both women.
