In case you guys weren't aware, David Beckham is a UNICEF ambassador and while he was visiting Cape Town, South Africa, the soccer star stopped by a clinic in Khayelitsha Township where he met a young mother who is living with HIV and her son who was born free of the disease. He also took part in one of the FA's 'Coaching For Hope' sessions.
