Joy Philbin wore the lovely dotted Alavoine dress from Victoria's fall 2009 collection to the signing event for her and husband Regis's new album, 'Just You. Just Me', at Barnes and Noble in NYC last week.
The tv personality's wife looked wonderful in the dress that she paired with black tights and knee high boots. I absolutely LOVED this on Joy! She's a very pretty lady and this dress compliments her very well - and it was perfectly appropriate for not only the event, but her age which further proves that Victoria's designs are suitable for everyone.
