Victoria's striking red Benard dress (or dress #25) from the fall 2009 collection is featured in the December issue of Vogue UK. This dress is absolutely stunning and I'm very surprised we haven't seen this on the red carpet yet - this is definitely something I could see Kate Winslet or Nicole Kidman in.
