Actress Shin Min Ah attended the 2009 Style Awards held in Seoul this past week wearing Victoria's Alavoine dress from the fall 2009 collection. She paired it with shear black tights and one of this season's biggest trends, ankle boots.This dress has been quite popular and has grown to be a favorite of mine.
