It seems like after ther Giral dress from the fall 2009 collection, the Carmontelle is the most popular design. Four lovely ladies have been photographed in it and they all looked fabulous! Victoria was the first to wear it back in July while shooting the collection's advertisement in London. Mrs. B paired her's with burgundy Louboutin Alti pumps and her Culter and Gross sunglasses. Elle Macpherson wore it in August in NYC on the set of her now canceled show, the Beautiful Life. She paired it with broze pumps and dVb sunglasses. Mary J. Blige wore it to the Precious premier in Canada last month. She wore her's with sparkling jewels and black strappy sandals. Carol Voderman wore her's for the second time last night at the Reveal magazine party. She accessorized with chunky silver jewels and strappy sandals (the ID of them is on the tip of my tongue but I can't seem to get it out... I've seen them like 1,000x).
So who wore it better? They all look amazing in the dress but it comes down to shoe choice for me. And I'm going to give it to Victoria as I love her Alti pumps.. the splash of color was devine.
