Yesterday, David Beckham returned to the field to train with his LA Galaxy teammates ahead of his first game back with the MLS this Thursday against the NYC Red Bulls. David brought along his three sons and said that he was very happy to be back. He also said that he had been riding a bike for 10 miles a day for the last 10 days, but he said there is nothing like match fitness. Nor is there any comparison to the southern California weather; temperatures approached triple digits on Monday. "I forgot how warm it is here," he said. He also said that what has happened between him and Landon Donvan is over and done with. "I'm not going to talk about what was said," Beckham said. "That's between me, Landon and the manager (Bruce Arena). But it's finished, it's over. We'll move on and it's a big game on Thursday." He also seemed to have impressed several of his teammates.
