Thank goodness for that large umbrella! She certainly needs it - it's been so miserable here, nothing but rain! Victoria Beckham spent the day in NYC's Chelsea neighborhood. Her outfit is so cute but I don't know how well it worked today - with the weather and all. She was in Chelsea doing a bit of shopping and visiting the Matthew Marks and the Hosfelt Gallery.
