As we all know, David Beckham has been benched for the past two AC Milan matches - each for the entire 90 minutes. David, who is usually a permanent fixture on the field, may be back on the bench tomorrow for the clash against Torino. It is being said that Clarence Seedorf will be given another opportunity to play from the start and David most likely will be sitting out.Many of you all are probably wondering what has happened since David returned from England. Apparently, Carlo Ancelotti is blaming David's absence from the field on a "shoulder injury". Ancelotti said, "There is nothing special he has to do to get back into the team because he has always trained hard and he has no great problem. He has been hindered by an injury to his right shoulder which has set him back a little for the last two games."
I'm not buying that because if David was injured, I'm sure we would have heard something about it by now! Sounds more political to me.. but I could be wrong!
