The ex-England captain celebrated his second half performance in style, setting up Wayne Rooney for England's second goal of the night with a trademark cross. David now stands second in the England all-time caps list, a fair way behind Peter Shilton, who marshalled England's goal an incredible 125 times. Congratulations David!"
