This time it is for Harper's Bazaar Thailand. Victoria has graced the cover of various issues of November's Bazaar and this one is by far my favorite! I love, love, love it! I love her coy smile and the fact that her wrist tattoo peaks through ever so slightly. The only thing I don't love is her hairdo but other than that - perfection! If you notice, on this cover she is wearing the same Bill Blass ruffled blouse as she was on the Indonesian cover. Inside, the pictures and the editorial are all the same.
