Victoria Beckham has made the cover of yet another high fashion magazine. This time it's India's Harper's Bazaar. Mrs. Beckham looks perfectly polished on the cover working the ruffles of her Bill Blass blouse. So far, there's just pictures - no interview with the designer as of yet.
