I was browsing USweekly.com and found that they are doing revealations of some favorite celebrity tattoos. It just so happens that they featured our girl and her neck tattoo (my favorite of hers). They are saying that the girls tend to go for tattoos that are from scriptures - Victoria's is a hebrew phrase.
