The actress was at the Mamas & Papas store in central London to launch Bumpalicious, her fun guide to being pregnant.
Denise, 36, looked stunning in a lacy black dress and peep-toed heels as she posed for pictures at the entrance to the store.
And she clutched the unidentified little boy to her hip as she smiled for the flashbulbs.

She was joined at the event by several other mothers and mothers-to-be who were all given a copy of her book.
And Denise took to her Twitter page today to say: '@mamasandpapas thanks for hosting the celebration of my book BUMPALICIOUS at the store.
'It was lovely to meet so many new mums & mums 2be x.'
According to description of the book, when Denise found out she was expecting Betsy, she went straight out and bought a wide range of titles, from celebrity memoirs to practical guides to eating and exercising properly.

The book follows Denise through her pregnancy, and describes her personal experiences as well as offering the reader helpful hints and nutritional and technical advice from food and fitness experts.
The feud between Denise and former EastEnders actress Natalie Cassidy, 27, started the feud last August, when, still pregnant, Natalie blasted new mothers like Denise, 36, for going back to work in a magazine column, declaring: 'Having a child should be your job.'
