Vogue's fashion features director Harriet Quick has finally been impressed by the designing ability of former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham. In a new article she wrote on the UK's Daily Mail site, the editor praises Beckham for her latest designs. She says that the new dVb RTW collection is "the result of a more demure, classy incarnation of Victoria Beckham and that there was a lot to like in the line up - and Victoria Beckham's handling of the presentation, the nitty-gritty detail, was impressive ."
She also says: "Nothing here is revolutionary, but it is cohesive, elegant and, in today's more sober fashion times, makes sense. Above all, the proportions - the gold standard of any school of design - are pleasing on body and eye, and they look modern. And as with all good female designers, Victoria Beckham is the incarnation of her brand." She was also pleased with the fact that VB's pieces have the ability to withstand time!
