Yes I was correct.. the dress is dVb #8 - the Barbazan! It said so on the Vogue site.. her hat is from the Loewe Spring collection. I have ordered this magazine earlier in the week and when it comes, I will scan it all for u! I hope a USA issue is soon to follow!!
*Also, I have orderd the Bazaar January subscribers issue featuring the alternative cover of Victoria in the D&G dress.. when that comes in I will scan it so you have that cover in HQ as well!
