The Beckhams, who have been LA residents for a year now, will be moving back to Europe but only for a temporary stay. The first family of soccer will moving to the Italian city of Milan for the first few months of 2009. Beckham will join AC Milan for two months but he will return home to the United States for the new Galaxy soccer season in April. Adriano Galliani, the AC Milan president, has released a statement saying, "He will be a club player for a few months and then leave. Beckham chose Milan. Our team is ultra competitive and will remain so but Beckham is something different and intriguing. AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti added: 'For me it would be a pleasure to have Beckham here, he is a serious athlete, a great professional. If he were available for months we would be very happy."As for Victoria and the boys, I don't think they are as eager to move just yet. Victoria has met a ton of A-listers whom she now calls her BFFs like Eva Longoria, Gwen Stefani, and Kate Beckinsale. She has also achieved enormous fashion success here... especially with her new spring 09 dress line. But as Los Angeles has proved a such a positive experience for Victoria since arriving last year, she may be reluctant to uproot both herself, and her children, Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six and three-year-old Cruz, from their schools. Victoria has said in several interviews that her three sons are extremely happy and adjusted to their life in LA. They have met a lot of new friends and have taken up new hobbies. They are even acquiring American accents which Victoria thinks is adorable. Victoria has found her comfort zone here and I believe this move will be strictly temporary.
